M&C Associates is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality customer & technical support services at very competitive rates.

We operate a 24 x 7 communications center and have a full-time service staff of manufacturer-certified technicians with an average of over
17 years experience each in IVR system deployments and technical support services.

How our support center works:

  • • When you place a call into our communications center, we will provide you with a single point of contact for problem determination, level assignment, and dispatch.

  • • Within 1 hour, you will be responded to by telephone and/or remote access and, if needed, you will receive on-site support by a field technician within 24 hours.

  • • Each field technician carries of full complement of parts for your specific system.

  • • We are also available for vendor meets, if needed.
