In most cases, M&C can deliver on-site training classes within two to four weeks of contract. We also offer scheduled training classes at our corporate headquarters office on Long Island, NY. Whatever location you choose, we deliver the highest quality workshops.
The Avaya Experience Portal System Administration course is designed for persons who are responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of the AAEP system. M&C will offer an introduction to the Experience Portal and then lead into training on User Management, Organization Level Access and Zoning Topology. From there, students will be taught Email Management, SMS Management, and SNMP Agents and Traps.
This 8-hour course is for Supervisors and Administrators responsible for managing the Avaya Aura® Contact Center, Nortel Contact Center or Symposium to ensure efficiency of their contact center agents. This course will be a hands-on course that will take place at the customer location using customer specific data.
Administrators will learn to access Contact Center Administration in order to configure and modify Classes, Skillsets, Variables and Users. M&C will provide an overview of site specific AACC, NCC or Symposium Contact Center applications and scripting to gain an understanding on how your Contact Center has been configured. Administrators and Supervisors will learn to view, create, modify and interpret real-time displays and reports. Included in this course is a review of Agent Telephone Set features.
This 1-hour course is for Call Center Agents responsible for taking calls through the Avaya Aura® Contact Center(AACC), Nortel Contact Center(NCC) or Symposium. This course will be a hands-on course that will take place at the customer location using customer specific data. Items covered include subjects such as how to log-in and log-out, use the Not Ready feature and the use of Activity Codes.
The Orchestration Designer Application Development course for the Experience portal will cover the following topics: OD main functionalities such as: prompts, grammars and menus definitions, event handlers, use of subflows and reusable modules, and application simulator. The course also contains hands on for coding, testing and troubleshooting.
The M&C MPS System Administration course is designed for staff who are responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of Avaya (Nortel) MPS 500 systems. At the end of this three day workshop, students will be able to effectively monitor, start up and shut down their MPS system(s) when required. The workshop also includes how to back up system hard drives, start, stop and monitor applications, monitor external resources and work with system vocabularies. There are no prerequisites for this course, which can be delivered at your location or ours.
The M&C VPS/is System Administration course is designed for staff who are responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of Nortel (Periphonics) VPS/is systems. The M&C VoiceXML 2.0 application development course is designed for experienced software developers who want to learn VoiceXML. Upon completion of the workshop, students will be ready to develop applications written in VoiceXML, including speech recognition and text-to-speech. The class is totally devoted to programming, with more then half of the 4-day class time spent developing VoiceXML applications. Class topics include dialogs, ECMA scripting [JavaScript], speech recognition grammars and dynamic VoiceXML.
