Louis (Lou) Marianacci - President and CEO
Lou Marianacci is the founder, President and CEO of M&C Associates, LLC. Lou has been in top management with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Nortel Periphonics where he had P&L responsibility for the Call Center, IVR, CTI and CRM Lines of Business. More recently, Lou has supported the introduction of new technologies such as VoiceXML and VoIP to the call center marketplace. Lou is an advocate of "customer centric" solutions and places strategic importance on long-term relationships with his clients.
Dave DePietro - Vice President, Customer Support
At M&C, Dave is responsible for all aspects of system support, including field support, the Communications Center, hardware and software maintenance and logistics. Prior to joining M&C, Dave had over 21 years of experience with Nortel/Periphonics in R&D, Technical Support and Field Engineering and was a President's Award winner for outstanding service.
Dave's vast experience includes developing, scheduling and delivering classes to internal technical services departments and customers, including maintenance, system operation and administration, networking, and upgrading.
Karen Paul - Vice President, Professional Services
Karen Paul joined M&C with over 20 years of Customer Support experience. Prior to joining M&C, Karen worked for 12 years at Periphonics/Nortel as Technical Lead of the Application Support Services team and was recognized for providing first class customer service receiving multiple Customer Champion Awards.
Karen has a broad range of project experience in requirements analysis, application development, application support, telecommunication and networking system support. She served as a technical expert in the area of custom application development (database, host, java, VXML, TTS/LVR speech and CTI interfaces). Karen's experience and in-depth understanding of a wide variety of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system technologies enable her to provide effective leadership to the Professional Services organization.
Kelly Palacios - Regional Vice President of Sales
As Regional VP of Sales for M&C, Kelly introduces our cost-effective service solutions and expertise to clients within the call center arena, and provides on-going support to customers. Prior to joining M&C Associates, Kelly spent over 6 years with Nortel/Periphonics. Kelly was Senior Account Executive for Voice Portal Solutions, managing multiple contact center and networked data solution accounts for Fortune 500 organizations throughout the Northeastern USA.
Frank Tatulli - Training and Technical Support Manager
Frank heads the M&C Training Department where he is responsible for training, course development and the development of new trainers.
Frank has extensive knowledge and training experience on the Periphonics/Nortel IVR platform and associated training courses - VPS/is Platform Maintenance, PeriView for VPS/is, PeriView for MPS, VPS/is System Administration, VPS/is Hardware Overview, MPS Overview, MPS-100 Platform Maintenance, MPS-500 Platform Maintenance, MPS-1000 Platform Maintenance, VPS/is OSCAR Platform Maintenance, and MPS OSCAR Platform Maintenance. Frank is also a Nortel certified support specialist for the MPS 500.
