Lou Marianacci - President and CEO 

Lou Marianacci is the founder, President and CEO of M&C Associates, LLC.  Lou has been in top management with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Nortel Periphonics where he had P&L responsibility for the Call Center, IVR, CTI and CRM Lines of Business. More recently, Lou has supported the introduction of new technologies such as VoiceXML and VoIP to the call center marketplace. Lou is an advocate of "customer centric" solutions and places strategic importance on long-term relationships with his clients.


Karen Ferraro - Vice President of Marketing

Karen is leading the M&C marketing team in defining and communicating the corporate mission, brand, value proposition, and marketing strategy.  She aligns product marketing with business objectives, and directs channel partner co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.  Karen is a 25-year veteran, and held global marketing positions at Periphonics and Nortel, leading a robust team of marketing professionals in all aspects of strategic marketing, including the user group—PACE. Subsequently, in her role as VP of Marketing for Misys/Allscripts, she was responsible for building and directing marketing for the practice management brand.  In her most recent role as Director of Development for Guideposts Foundation, she raised major gifts for outreach programs.  Karen's commitment and experience with branding and go-to-market strategies ensures M&C of its business objectives and 'Place' in the market. 


Diego Pioldi - Vice President of Customer Support 

Diego oversees all aspects of system support, including field technical support, the Communications Center, hardware, and software maintenance and logistics.  He facilitates the team during the presales and post-sales process to ensure appropriate support services are in place for all project engagements.  Prior to joining M&C, Diego became recognized for his vast experience with Avaya/Nortel/Periphonics in field engineering and Field service management, and was a 1991 President's award recipient for personal contribution to the corporate effort, and has consistently ranked in the top 10% in his yearly reviews.  Diego's 21 years of experience includes scheduling and delivering classes to internal technical services departments and customers, including maintenance, system operation and administration, networking, and upgrading.


Ross Randgaard - Director — Contact Center Solutions

At M&C, Ross is responsible for the group that supports our Avaya Aura Contact Center customers.  Our AACC offerings include new installations, upgrades, migrations, maintenance and training for end users and administrators.  Prior to joining M&C, Ross had 30 years of experience in telecommunications with Nortel PBX, Voice Mail and Call Center systems. The Symposium/AACC product line has been his primary focus since 1999. His certifications include AACC Implementation, AACC Administration, AACC Maintenance & Troubleshooting, AACC Administration and AACC CCT & Multimedia Implementation. Ross has extensive experience in field engineering and technical support with call center customers in the financial, manufacturing, communication, insurance, utility and healthcare industries as well as state and federal government. 


Kelly Palacios - Vice President of Sales — Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Central 

As Vice President of Sales for M&C in the northeast, mid-atlantic and central regions, Kelly introduces our cost-effective service solutions and expertise to clients within the call center arena, and provides on-going support to customers. Prior to joining M&C Associates, Kelly spent over 6 years with Nortel/Periphonics. Kelly was Senior Account Executive for Voice Portal Solutions, managing multiple contact center and networked data solution accounts for Fortune 500 organizations.  Today she continues supporting her clients throughout her regions.


Greg Finley - Director of Sales — Southeast and West

As the Director of Sales for M&C in the southeast and west regions, Greg introduces our Contact Center solutions and expertise to clients within the call center arena, and provides on-going support to customers.  Prior to joining M&C Associates in 2004, Greg worked for several years in various capacities including sales and marketing for a global VoiceXML platform provider.  He has been in the computer software and hardware industry for over 30 years, having been involved in every aspect of the business: design, programming, testing, marketing, product management, sales and support.  Today Greg continues supporting his clients throughout his regions.


Joseph Di Marzo - Director of Sales, Canada  

As Director of Sales for the Canadian region, Joe is responsible for introducing our Self Service IVR, Contact Center, Advanced Speech and CTI solutions, to enterprises, government agencies, and service providers across Canada.  With more than twenty-five years in sales, marketing, and business development, Joe has unique abilities to quickly assess needs and identify new opportunities from multiple perspectives.  Prior to joining M&C, Joe directed Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for major pharmaceutical and medical device companies.  As corporate liaison to scientific, consumer, health care and trade groups, Joe was depended upon for communications in three languages: English, French and Italian, and he continues to leverage these skills while moving into vertical markets where Self Service and Call Center services continues to steadily increase.
