News Release - M&C Now Offers Avaya Solutions

M&C Associates, LLC is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2009 we will resell additional IVR/CTI solutions to the North American marketplace. M&C Associates has signed a reseller agreement for Avaya's Voice portal solution. In addition, M&C retains our current relationship with Nortel to resell and support their IVR and CTI solutions.

Strategically, M&C Associates decided to add Avaya solutions as a direct result of our customers demanding more choices. We focused on the 2008 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Interactive Voice Response Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals and selected an additional leading vendor, Avaya.

In addition to reselling the solutions, M&C Associates will provide our world class valued added services, including:

  • Installation
  • Ongoing support and maintenance
  • Application development
  • Vocabulary recording and digitalization
  • Help desk services
  • Training
