Customer Satisfaction Survey
We take pride in the fact that our customers are the most important part of our business.
To make sure we're continuing to do right by them, we periodically perform a customer satisfaction survey. The results
of the most recent survey are shown below:
Overall Satisfaction - 100% Extremely or Very Satisfied
The chart below represents our customers' overall
level of satisfaction with M&C Associates. 69.2% of respondents to the survey
indicated that they were Extremely Satisfied, while the rest of the respondents
(30.8%), indicated that they were Very Satisfied.
Service Satisfaction - 100% Extremely or Very Satisfied
When the survey further asked about our customers' satisfaction with individual services, listed below,
respondents told us that, on average, 79.3% of them were Extremely Satisfied, while the rest, 20.7%, were Very Satisfied.

Future Purchases - 100% Would Buy from M&C Again
The survey asked respondents whether they would buy from M&C again. The
respondents told us that 7.7% would Possibly Buy Again,
61.5% would Likely Buy Again, and
30.8% would Definitely Buy Again.
Happiness - 100% of Respondents Would Recommend Us to Others
When respondents were asked whether they would recommend M&C Associates to other customers,
23.1% responded that they would Likely Recommend and 76.9% said that they would
Definitely Recommend us.

Below is a sample of comments from a few of the respondents:
M&C has been supporting our IVR systems since 2003. We have been very happy
with the services they provide and the support is outstanding. The associates are
very pleasant to work with and they treat you with high regards like you are part
of their family. We would recommend M&C services to any interested clients.
M&C has met every deadline they committed to. They have consistently delivered when
faced with tight deadlines from our business requirements. M&C's staff gives me the
